Porsche survived a tough race in this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans. In the end, the number 2 919 Hybrid won overall podium for the third year in-a-row, along with the top podium in the LMP1 class. With Timo Berhard, Earl Bamber and Brendon Hartley on board, the number 2 919 Hybrid achieved its best lap of 3:19.72 at 245.9 km/h, while finishing 367 laps around the course in Le Sarthe.

In three consecutive years, Porsche has finished the 24 Hours of Le Mans on top of the overall podium and in class victories. With 19 overall wins since 1970, Porsche achieved the most wins at Le Mans over any constructor. Porsche also strung the most consecutive annual wins over any participating constructor.
